To help us offer a wide selection of styles, we partner with a network of fulfillment centers to ship items directly to you. Please note that our standard shipping time from our warehouse to your doorstep is 10-15 business days.

1. Return Window
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Final Sale Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear
- Jewelry and accessories (e.g., hats, scarves, belts)
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us First: Email our customer care team at info@twentytwoclub.com within the 14-day return window.

Provide Your Details: In your email, please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include a clear photo or video showing the issue.
- Await Instructions: Our team will provide you with a specific return address and any necessary authorization details. Please do not send your item back to the original shipping address, as it is a fulfillment center and cannot process returns.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect every item, but on rare occasions, an issue might slip through. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you at no additional cost.
5. Returns for Sizing or Change of Mind
We know that finding the perfect fit online can be tricky. We strongly encourage you to review the detailed sizing chart on each product page before placing your order.
- Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to sizing, personal preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the item's price will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the administrative and processing costs associated with managing returns.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Store Credit Option: As a thank you, we can offer store credit for the full value of the item (with no restocking fee). This is a great way to find another piece you'll love!
7. Exchanges
Due to our inventory management and to ensure you get your new item as quickly as possible, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
The best way to get the item you want is to follow the return process for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired size or style.
